As a whole, BLG has originated over $13.1 billion in commercial mortgages, both via brokers and retail channels.

In addition, BLG's Structured Finance Division has provided structuring for long-term financing for our Company's core mortgage investment businesses, while delivering securitization services to other Bayview clients. Since 1998, Bayview Structured Finance has been involved in the issuance of more than $28.2 billion in asset-backed securities in both the residential and commercial sector.
